Join us for our Annual HCC Howl-O-Ween Dog Costume Contest & Pet Parade Fundraiser on Saturday, October 28th at 2pm at Church Square Park. There will be prizes, live entertainment and local pet-related businesses. $15 early bird registration for dog, $20 registration at the door per dog.
